Inclusion
The Inclusion Team at Minimbah State School exists to provide support to students across the school, to maximise their opportunities, and support students to reach their potential. We achieve this through:
- Reasonable Adjustments – We tailor teaching strategies and make necessary adjustments to accommodate individual learning needs, ensuring every student is supported.
- Embedded Inclusive Practices – Inclusivity is embedded into all aspects of school life, from classroom learning to extracurricular activities.
- Culture of Inclusion – We celebrate diversity and foster empathy and respect within our school community.
- Evidence-Based Practices – Our teaching strategies are continuously refined using the latest research to meet students' evolving needs.
- Quality Differentiation – Teachers use varied instructional methods to ensure all students can engage with and succeed in their learning.
- Assistive Technology – We leverage technology to support students with diverse learning needs, empowering them to reach their full potential.
